CLOSED (FOR SKIP) Under the Ledge

Beneath the Bloodstones, on level with No-Clan's Land, there was an opening in the quarry-side (since the Bloodstones was a red-stone quarry).  The opening was dark and ominous, cold breezes occasionally coming out of it from deep within.
Here, cats of the Clans planned on sheltering from the rain.

OOC: Can't believe nobody's transferred to this topic yet!

IC: Hollowstripe tried to relax herself under the timid cavern's shelter. Related to all the things that had happened on this day, this might've been the best. She shut her eyes for a moment, taking in the stale scent of the clan leaders. Even from the strength of the Dewclan's liquid and sopping wet scent, she swore she could smell something different. Something more, soothing. Like the smell of pine exposed to sunlight. Her heart warmed to the entrance quite quickly, but didn't dare to step any farther then 8 tail lengths into the dark, and seemingly engulfing entrance.

Smokekit slid to the side of his mother, feeling the warmth of her stomach, he instinctively curled up into a ball, and let out a jaw dropping yawn. His tired tone echoed in the den, which made Skysoar let out a comforting hiss of silence.

Ravenswift would've agreed with Smokekit. He could've fallen to the stone ground and squealed to the top of his lungs about all the pains that he felt. But he jerked the thought quickly, his mind swerving with the thought that their only inches away from their clan ancestors. His small breaths felt like gasps for air in the den. His eyes widened, and instantly treaded out into the rainstorm, raising his head to the sky. The last time he was in such a dim lighted place like that, his face was torn in two by a filthy badger, unable to see the way out. His eyes were dilated with fear, and let out a worried sigh of disgust, anger, and.. Defeat.

OOC: Can't remember where I keep ditching my cats...
IC:
Maplejay couldn't sleep. She just... couldn't. The nervousness and fear was clogging within her chest; she clamped her eyes shut but it did nothing to relieve her of the tension.
Then Ravenswift had left, now she definitely could not sleep.
Deciding to follow him out she did so and called his name softly: "Ravenswift? Are you okay?"

Ravenswift quickly came back to earth as his name was called, letting out one last gasp of air until going back to normal rasps. "I- I'm fine, Thanks," he whispered, his voice shaky as a leaf. "I'm just not used to such.. Dark places, like that." He admitted quickly, the rain beating on his head.

Brownhowl was with his Clanmates too. (OOC: That all I can think of right now.)

IC:
Maplejay smiled lightly, "this has all turned out quite... horrible."
She chuckled half-heartedly, "I can't wait till this is all over."

Stone entered, followed by Ezziestar, the two of them were rather soaked. Ezziestar sat down, drops of water dripped from her black eartips. She didn't feel like there was much for talking. Stone began to feel worried, hoping he didn't lose her as a friend.
He began to groom himself in hopes of drying.
Ezziestar eventually decided to groom herself to calm down. She was trying real hard to look like nothing was wrong, but Stone knew otherwise.

Whiterose and Honeyfang finally get into the MoonFall and Whiterose sighed with relief at the fact they got out of the rain. But she wondered with a worry look at Honeyfang how she is coping with this, Will she be better tomorrow? I know this is a clanmates thing to think about, But she seems so upset. Maybe I should say something to make her feel better? No, if anything I'll make it worse for her. I'll let her grieve, everyone needs to grieve sometime.

Honeyfang was filled with grief at the death of Tigerflame, with her head down and tail drooping close to the ground she sighed and plopped down at least 3 or 4 tails lengths away the entrance and thought, My clan has lost to much, great warriors, lokistar, and even possibly elders in the huge fire. She winced as she remembered her burnt tail. I should get some rest. She thought. My clanmates are going to need me tomorrow. She thought with a big yawn. she stole one more glance around the MoonFall before sleep over came her.

Whiterose saw that Honeyfang went to sleep and thought, Oh, Good now I can go to sleep with out worrying about her. As she laid down, wincing as the cold stone touched her belly I still miss the warriors den in Dewclan. She thought miserably as she was falling to sleep.

Ravenswift took a sharp glance towards Maplejay, his eyes softened like mud. "It has been quite... Vulgar? Yeah." His ears twitched from the raindrops against them. " But... Maplejay? If we don't get through this, and lose it all, my only wish is to be beside you." He paused, calmly taking in a breath so soft, "Maplejay, I love you."

OOC: CRESCENDO IN MUSIC!!!

IC: Silverpaw and Gorseclaw looked at each other. Silverpaw looked mildly bewildered but Gorseclaw just smirked and shrugged.

Maplejay's ears paused in their twitching and she looked at Ravenswift with round-green eyes. "Ravenswift..." She breathed and her breathe felt like an inconvenience as she took in his serious features, "I love you too!"
She purred unashamedly and brushed her head underneath him, " we'll get through this."

OOC:
Ugh, sack me haha. I forgot that I was going to POYS (pony of the year show) and didn't get to take my ipad we won the 120cm and 130cm if it's any consolation? But I'm not planning anything now, so there! the rest of the dragons should be up soon as well. Lots of love from me anyway.

Brownhowl's cat-brows raised. Well, okay then, he thought. He said nothing since it was their moment and he pretty much had nothing to do with it.
The brown-pelted spy looked around for Mistjay - was she even around? He had escorted the medicine cat to this same place not too long ago (only a few days, actually) and she had come out of this same place with strange cuts that were turning into even stranger scars.

OOC: Backstory?

IC: Brownhowl wondered what was in here that the she-cat could have run into, and he came to the conclusion that it must have been something deeper into the strange cave. And he wasn't going down there, no sirr-ee. He didn't need funny scars - his voice could get funny enough.
Brownhowl looked back at the couple and finally meowed, "What's our plan now?"

Ravenswift gave a curt lick behind Maplejay's ears as he turned around towards the Brown tom, even though his eyes were fixed on the 'leader' of Dewclan.
"You better get going..." He mewed to Maplejay, " Starclan is waiting for you. And I know I will when you're done."

Mistjay, having somewhat grumpily followed some TawnyClanners into the entrance of the Moonfall (though after some apprehension), had joined the DewClanners. She heard Ravenswift's comment and was reminded that speaking to StarClan had been the point of this journey all along.
She quietly drew nearer to Maplejay and meowed, "I'll accompany you, if you still want me to." She would, really, even though she found herself wary of the far chamber - but then, she didn't necessarily have to dream, did she? She didn't think so.

Foxclaw had padded in with Gentlekit, not far behind Skysoar and Smokekit, and had set the kit down with her brother and mother. He'd yet to leave, though. Sure, he was listening to Maplejay and Mistjay since they were nearby and it was an important topic, but aside from that, he didn't have an immediate reason to get up and leave. So he just hung out. He meowed in a quiet, friendly tone to Skysoar, minding sleepy Smokekit and all of the other tired cats.

Maplejay nodded to Ravenswift... her new partner.
She stood as Mistjay spoke and noted Brownhowl's question, "well, I'm going to speak to Starclan-" if they'd talk to me, she thought, "-then we'll know what to do. For now, we need to rest up. Then I suppose we must hunt and prepare for battle."
Though she didn't feel much for battling...

"I'll work with the hunting when enough warriors are ready." Ravenswift mewed, analyzing the hollow darkness of the cavern, seeing more then nine tenths of al the cats around were practically dead from exhaustion.
His tail flashed over Maplejay's shoulder as he walked back into the den, trying not to be fearful of the tight spaces. Either way, he rested himself towards the entrance of the ledge, curling his tail comfortingly.

Ezziestar was crouched were she was. She appeared to stare deeper into the darkness of the cavern. Her thoughts elsewhere.
Stone watched her for some time, he then wanted to know what she was staring at, "Is anything there?" He asked her quietly.
Ezziestar didn't respond straight away, her right ear twisted back when she heard Stone's question, but she didn't turn her attention away from the depths.

She most certainly was tired, exhausted even, but she felt too uncomfortable to sleep. Tigerflame's death had made her feel so far away from Starclan, "I feel like we're disrespecting Starclan here." She responded at last.
Stone looked around at the other cats, "We have no where else, I'm sure Starclan can see and understand that."
"This still shouldn't have happened." Ezziestar murmured, as she lowered herself even more, her ears were lowered and she began to tremble from the cold.
Stone looked around again, this time at the roof, "Do you think Starclan can see us despite the rain?" He heard Ezziestar murmur. Her voice was rather quiet now, and Stone turned to her, he saw her eyes beginning to close.
"I believe they can." He replied quietly.
Ezziestar's response was a mere whisper, "Good... I want to know what Starclan has in store for us."
With that, the exhausted leader of Tawnyclan drifted off to sleep.

Stone yawned, She still hasn't picked a deputy for Tawnyclan... is Ezziestar defying the warrior code? These thoughts ran in his mind, preventing him to sleep, Is she ever going to be willing to move on?

“Thank you,”Gentlekit whispered as she was set down. Sge limped over to a sleepy, subdued Smokekit and sat down by him.

Mosscloud settled down quietly, setting a sleepy Cloverkit down on the ground beside her. Sagekit basically dragged herself over by Cloverkit. Snowkit sat a bit away from his littermates. Even he was getting sleepy.

Mistjay stood with Maplejay, fully expecting to follow her deeper in the Moonfall.

OOC: So cats are sleeping now, and Maplejay is going to speak to StarClan, and then the next day is gonna happen, right? We can't get stuck on this day...

IC: Mustardstorm focused on settling down with his Clanmates.
Silverpaw was thinking about hunting the following day and began to drift off.
Gorseclaw was wide awake, but he kept quiet.

Honeyfang was dreaming about the TawnyClan Camp, the Fresh kill pile, the Warrior Den, the Nursery and its milky scent that always reminded her of hers kitten years, and even the Medicine Cat Den with the way that the den always had the soothing scent of herbs that always made her drowsy. It was all to good to be true. She woke up with a gasp right as Lokistar was calling a clan meeting. It was just a dream, a really good dream. She thought wistfully as she bent down to lick her burnt tail. She glanced around at all the other cats and thought, I think it's wrong that there are more of the other clans here than there is my own clan. She thought. Whiterose was dreaming about being inside the warrior den, talking with some of the other warriors and sharing tongues and then Daystar called a meeting and Whiterose jerked awake, then sat up, glanced around then she sat down again and went back to sleep and the dream.

Strikefast sighed softly and called her kits to her, "Dawnkit, Hailkit, I want to speak to you."

Dawnkit padded over to Strikefats without a word. What was in store for her?
Strangely she felt very stiff. Perhaps from the cold.

Petalsong paced around the array of cats quietly.
What was the point of sleeping at the moment? Standing guard would be a better choice. There were so many things on her mind. Especially the wrenching departure when her sister had chosen to stay true to the warrior code. All the guilt and feelings would never permit her to sleep. She mad her way the the edge of the swarm of cats, taking care to not step on any of them- and patiently sat down on the floor. The small black warrior looked at the cats, her eyes clouded with pain.

Hailkit huffed and came to his mother who licked the crowns of their heads. "My beautiful kits, I wanted to tell you how proud I am of you and... and your dad would be proud to."

Dad, she hasn't mentioned him since... since...
